My (realtor) husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Kelly and ANAM! Once we made a few of the suggested high-priority changes, we both started noticing real improvements in our sleep, our marriage, the overall feeling of our home. I first met Kelly when she contacted me to photograph her darling daughter. We had an instant connection and soon realized that we were both obsessed with each others work. When you are an artist, you are extremely particular on style. Kelly showed me more of her work and I was blown away. When she asked me to join up on a project for one of her clients homes, it was a no brainer for me. We collaborated on a few children's rooms to make magic happen. Once I saw her in action, I KNEW she had to help me with my home as well as several of my photography studios. Kelly knows what she is doing. I will never forget, when she came to my home to first start planning, when she left, my husband said , "Wow. She's good.". Kelly is one the most sincere designers out there. She knows how to do EVERYTHING. I mean everything. From the design, to refinishing, to hand making, to coming up with something totally out of the ordinary and back to beautiful and contemporary. She knows exactly what each contractor should and should not be doing and how to get her clients the best quality while totally staying in budget. She fights for her clients daily to make sure they are getting the best value for their budget. I will forever be grateful Kelly ended up in my life. This girl is the real deal. I like to call her the walking real live version of HGTV. Come to think of it. She probably should have her own show :)

It has been a joy to work with Kelly in planning the addition to our historic home. My husband and I had a vision for our new space and thought including an interior designer was a luxury we didn’t need; however, we’ve quickly realized partnering with Kelly has been instrumental in creating a high quality, practical and efficient space for our family. Her unique approach of designing “from the inside out” includes an extremely detailed lifestyle study that will determine the foot print of our addition and ensure it serves our lifestyle for today and into the future. We also quickly ascertained that Kelly is unique amongst designers in that she truly listens to her clients and delivers a design that is not only highly functional and practical, but also beautifully representative of each client’s (life &) style. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone planning any kind of space renovation or addition.

Kelly has been a friend and client for many years and most recently, we flipped the table and I became a customer of Kelly Schellert. Kelly turned our salons from cold, bare, and basic to warm, inviting, fashionable and vibrant. Having dealt with dozens of designers both my personal and professional life in homes and in commercial properties; I would have to say that Kelly Schellert is the best that I've encountered. She is one of those rare designers that seems to be able to adapt to the customer rather than forcing the customer to adapt to them. She is also probably one of the sweetest people I know.

I've met many interior designers from all around the world in my last 8 years in the design industry. I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly Schellert early on in my career as she had just been elected as the President Elect for ASID. As she took office I worked with her on a variety of events, all of which were fantastic. However, for the Holiday Party during her Presidency, she was able to put together the most spectacular Design Industry party I've ever attended to this day! She found the most unique venue; a castle, which she helped lead the interiors team for. The castle, which was majestic and intimidating on the outside, managed to be elegant, cozy, and inspired design on the inside to the owner's desire. She transformed this already fabulous dwelling into the best holiday event in a house I have ever attended, still to this day! From the meticulous planning of all the entertainment, invitations, wonderful food and drink, this was the most perfectly executed event and a wonderful "swan song" to the end of her tenure as the ASID president. She left no detail behind and had everyone involved in the planning and execution of this event step up to their best potential and make it a hall of fame event! I mention this event in particular because even at a volunteer level, she gives all of her passion into making the most perfect environment for events as well as the interiors she makes for people's work and most important environment they call home!

I worked with Kelly on a few marketing/PR projects with my restaurant and Rob Govero Salon/Spa. Kelly was great to work with as she is very efficient and creative, while exuding a very positive and upbeat attitude that kept everyone working on the project highly motivated.
